FAQ
1. Where can I find the new line of Loney’s products?
2. How should I store dried products (e.g. Loney's Gravy or Pasta Sauces or Fondue Sauces)?
Pouches must be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture and direct light. Avoid storing products near the stove, dishwasher, sink or windows.
3. How long can I store the products (e.g. Loney's Gravy or Pasta Sauces or Fondue Sauces)?
Unopened products retain their microbiological quality and are safe for consumption for a very long time. However, to ensure maximum taste, we recommend consuming the products within a six-month period following the date of purchase.
Whatever the product, once prepared, it should be handled the same way as fresh foods and can be stored up to three days refrigerated in a covered container.
4. What kind of milk can be used when the mode of employment requires?
All types of milk can be used (whole milk, 2%, 1%, skim), but choosing a milk with higher fat content will result in a creamier and tastier sauce.
5. Can substitute other liquids instead of milk?
Water, chicken broth or soy milk can be used. Although they affect the flavour and consistency, these substitutes are better for some consumers.
6. Is it possible to use half the product so it can be used twice instead of once?
Sometimes it is possible to cut a recipe in half, but the results are not guaranteed. For example, using only half a pouch of Loney's Gravy Sauce to make a half-portion may end up with unsatisfactory results. Our instructions are based on a complete recipe and sometimes changing the quantity may result in variations in texture, taste and even the look. It is for you to judge whether the quality of the product is good enough after varying the suggested amount.
